Are you up for the challenge? The annual Catalyst Body Transformation Challenge rewards dedicated Catalyst members from each club location with valuable prizes — and truly life changing results! Winners are determined using a formula that considers BOTH weight loss AND the % of body fat lost. Dan Meza, the 2016 Middlebury Club 1st Place finisher, lost over 32 lbs…in just 60 days! Our 2017 Southbury Club 1st Place finisher Bobby Carnes lost 55 lbs!

1st Weigh in and Body Fat Analysts: Tuesday January 9th
Weekly weigh-Ins: 9am and 6pm (by Catalyst Personal Trainers)
Final weigh-Ins and Body Fat Analysts: March 6th (Time TBD)


1. Must weigh in at least three times during the challenge. (Initial weigh-in, final weigh-in, and once in between.)
2. Can only weigh in once on final weigh-in day (not multiple times to weigh lower)
